HONORING IYAGA
"Umuyaga" means "the wind" in Kinyarwanda, the mother tongue of Rwanda.
The derivative, "Iyaga" was a nickname for the last Queen Mother of Rwanda.
By selecting this name, Iyaga honors the heritage of strong Rwandan women, and the queen bees themselves who ride on the wind, bringing new generations to life.
